We provide tools, insights, and information to support your financial decision-making.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, content in Aida is for general information and guidance only and does not replace independent professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
3. Eligibility and account use
To use Aida you must:

Use the app only for lawful personal purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. You must not misuse Aida by introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, or interfering with normal operation.
4. Meaning of Advice and Guidance
Guidance
Guidance is an impartial service that helps customers identify their options and narrow down their choices. It does not tell customers what to do or which product to buy; the decision is theirs.
Guidance providers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the information they provide customers but not for any decision they make based on it.
Guidance is expected to be free unless the provider clearly discloses otherwise.
Guidance will suggest what customers could do.
Advice
Advice will recommend a specific product or course of action for a customer to take given their circumstances and financial goals.
This will be personal to the customer, based on the information they provide and include a specific recommendation that is explicit and presented as suitable.
Advice will be provided by a qualified and regulated individual or online by a regulated organisation.
Providers of advice are responsible and liable for the accuracy, quality and suitability of the recommendation that they make, and customers are protected by law.
Advice will recommend what customers should do.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, software, and materials within Aida are owned by Money Means Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use them except as permitted under these Terms or with our written permission.
6. Communications and marketing
When you join the waitlist or create an account, you may agree to receive emails about the launch and updates. You can also opt in to receive news, offers, and marketing.
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, though we may still send you service-related communications.
7. Third-party services
Aida may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g. Mailchimp for email, or financial data providers). We are not responsible for the content, performance, or terms of those third-party services.
8. No financial liability
While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Aida is provided on an “as is” basis.
We do not guarantee that the information, tools, or guidance in Aida are complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your reliance on Aida, except where required by law.
You should always consider seeking independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

Any losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to these Terms
